Estonia is one of the best gastronomy destinations in Europe according to Lonely Planet. In its new guide Gourmet Trails of Europe, in which the leading travel expert highlight’s the top locations for those seeking the best food and drink experiences across the continent, Tallinn has been recommend for its rich and diverse culinary and craft bar scene, for all budgets.
Michelin recently published its new guide in which it recognised 34 restaurants (180° by Matthias Diether in Tallinn has 2 stars, NOA Chef’s Hall in Tallinn has 1 star, six Bib Gourmands, two Green star restaurants and 24 Michelin recommendations across the country) and now six restaurants and two bars in Tallinn have also been recognised by Lonely Planet. Demonstrating the small country is making a big impact in the food and drink world thanks to its imaginative approach to using local, seasonal produce fused with a wide variety of influences.
