A five-part peated blend with a triple cask finish. Inspired by Micil’s (pronounced Mik-il) rich distilling heritage, it embodies the fruity spice of the finest Connemara ‘fuisce’ and the peat smoke of the illicit stills and kilns of Inverin. Finished in recharred ex- bourbon quarter casks, Pedro Ximenez casks & Micil peated poitín octaves, imparting a hint of sweet, smoky turf from the family land in Connemara. Production at Micil Distillery is headed up by Pádraic and Jimin Ó Griallais, sixth generation Connemara distillers and direct descendants of Micil.

Carlos I Solera Gran Reserva Brandy – £34.75

Carlos I is produced from Airén and Palomino grapes which are then distilled and aged in American oak casks previously used to age Oloroso and Amontillado sherries for more than 20 years and provides Carlos I with its unique flavour. The Amontillado adds almond and hazelnut flavours, while the Oloroso enriches Carlos I with nutty aromas, old oak and tannins giving it a noble and elegant flavour. Carlos I Brandy is aged in cellars which are over 250 years old, using the Solera system, an age old Spanish tradition of maturing wine in a staggered manner.

Cotswolds No.1 Wildflower Gin – £34.95

The Cloudy Christmas Gin is made with a combination of nine botanicals, with a festive core of clementine and piney juniper alongside the likes of cardamom, lavender, grapefruit, bay leaf, black pepper, coriander, and angelica. Elijah Craig Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey – £44.95
