The range is made of top quality, strong 8mm aluminised steel (to avoid warping) with the ultimate, 2-layer PFAS-free ceramic non-stick coating for scratch-resistant performance and extreme durability.

Oven safe up to 230°C, the stylish black range (PFAS-free Non-stick layer inside and silicone polyester outside) can be used for a multitude of savoury and sweet baking recipes.

Easy Clean Up

The range is dishwasher safe (except the spring form and muffin pans), but thanks to the non-stick coating a quick wipe under a warm tap with soapy water will suffice.

I used it to finish cooking rump steaks in the oven, and as it’s made from robust carbon steel and holds the heat, the steaks sizzled rather than steamed, which sealed in the flavour of the meat. The sturdy construction also meant that the tray didn’t warp when hot.

“The tray has got a wide range of uses, I’ve got plans to bake Italian Focaccia bread in it, and to make a pizza with a very crispy base, again using its heat retention properties.

“As well as the coating being safe it is also very healthy to use, as it only needs a mere slick of oil in which to cook the food.
