Orange Muscat & Sloe Christmas Sipper

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 45ml Brown Brothers Orange Muscat & Flora
  • 25ml sloe gin
  • 10ml bitter bianco
  • 10ml cinnamon honey syrup

Method:
In a mixing glass, add all ingredients and stir down with ice until well chilled and slightly diluted. Strain into a rocks glass over a large block of ice. Garnish with an orange twist.

Fireside Christmas Sangria

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle Brown Brothers Orange Muscat & Flora (375ml)
  • 50ml spiced brandy
  • 100ml ginger ale
  • Half an orange, sliced into rounds
  • Half red apple, sliced thinly
  • Handful dried cranberries
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 10ml cinnamon honey syrup
  • 1 small rosemary sprig (optional, for aroma & garnish)

Method:
Combine all ingredients, stir gently to mix. Top with ginger ale. Serve.
