Children will be able to live their fantasy as all four floors of the store will become their very own toy paradise, with walking bears, treasure hunts and face painting.

On Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, guests can enjoy seasonal gastronomy at the Michelin starred Pavillon, with accompanying chocolate treats in their Salon de Chocolat, where the hotel chocolatiers have transformed the hotels own Chocolate 1844 into a delectable and irresistible menu of sweet delights. The show-stopping finale to Baur au Lac’s festive celebration is the New Year’s Eve Gala dinner and fireworks display over the lake. The hotel’s own park commands one of the best spots to watch the fireworks, lighting up the skies over Lake Zurich.

The bustling city of Zurich itself must not be forgotten with its chocolate-box old town, endless magical Christmas Markets and even a singing Christmas tree.
