Made with a blend of carefully chosen spices, this stunning yellow sauce gets its tang from the mustard and heat from the cayenne pepper (just a pinch, but just enough). No decent sarnie, sausage or steak, chicken wing or chop would appear in public without it … and chips simply scream out to dive in. Mac ‘n’ cheese and hotdogs, needless to say, are grateful for a hefty dollop. Hot Mustard Ketchup also makes a good base for an assortment of marinades which work particularly well with chicken and pork.
