Zoom Meditation Session every Monday at 8pm

Life coach, healer and founder of Evolve, Emma Ball, leads a 30-minute session involving meditation and breathwork that’s open to all

Emma Ball has always chosen love over fear. It’s why she’s such a passionate coach and refreshingly open about her life, a journey that has been a real roller-coaster. She has been meditating for 25 years now which has helped her conquer many personal challenges and it’s this success that she’s dedicated to impart to others. She’s a life coach and healer and loves the word ‘evolve’ as it has ‘love’ in it and she wants to empower people to reach their full potential.

She has gathered her ‘tools’ by attending workshops with Anthony Robbins, Louise Hay, Deepak Chopra, Joe Dispenza, Wayne Dyer and Marianne Williamson. Emma shares the belief of Marianne’s famous quote written for Nelson Mandela “Our deepest fear is not that we are weak. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us”.

Emma says “I am passionate about empowering others who are keen to look after their minds, hearts, bodies and souls”.

Emma Ball has been meditating for 25 years and it makes her mindful in choosing love over fear. She has conquered many personal challenges and so can share her tools to help us all first to cleanse our energy and clear a space, then to notice our doubts and fears and transform us into reaching our full potential and acknowledge the importance of accessing our intuition; then we can set our intentions by manifesting life’s purpose in terms of its true alignment and express the energy of love; after all when we are in love with our partner or children we know just how limitless our energy is.

Emma’s meditation classes incorporate her other training both as a life coach and an energy healer. “Fear contracts while love expands” she says. “So, via love, we can become open to receive our life force. But we all need support to become the most powerful versions of ourselves. Being mindful of our actions liberates us to embrace the compassion in our hearts; meditation helps us communicate with our soul which knows our full potential”.
