EKTE Nordic Kitchen and Nordic spirit brand Nuet Aquavit, newly launched in the UK are celebrating the traditional Nordic crayfish harvest with a Late Summer Crayfish Party

Honouring the crayfish harvest is all about throwing a party (a kräftskiva), and getting together with a delicious feast, plenty of singsong and many a shot of aquavit or schnapps.

On Tuesday 7th of September, from 6:30pm, join Nuet Aquavit for a crayfish kräftskiva at Ekte! The night will be filled with stories, shots, singing and seafood… including Nuet Aquavit on arrival followed by optional bottomless prosecco!

The menu will include a Nuet cocktail on arrival, platters of crayfish with two different sauces (lemon mayonnaise & aioli), along with Västerbotten pie, a mixed bread basket (rye bread, sourdough & crispy Nordic bread) and salads, followed by vanilla ice cream with strawberries!
