Van Hunks MCC Sparkling Wines

A range of South African sparkling wines, made using the Méthode Cap Classique (MCC) from the viticultural paradise of Stellenbosch. Produced using the traditional method identical to Méthode Champenoise, they are bottle fermented in small batches and matured in contact with the lees for approximately 30 months.

Domaine du Météore Tasting Case

Lady A Rosé

Rosé doesn’t need to be saved for the summer – it is a great all-rounder that pairs wonderfully with seafood. Lady A is a classically pale and elegant rosé made at Château la Coste, Provence in partnership with Soho House and their Master Sommelier, Vincent Gasnier. Lady A is made from the traditional rosé blend of Grenache and Cinsault, with notes of citrus, pink grapefruit, peach and raspberry.
