The Butterfly Cannon Rosa Tequila
The Butterfly Cannon Rosa Tequila is a new approach to tequila – the super premium tequila is made from 100% agave and is produced in Mexico’s most awarded distillery, Destiladora del Valle de Tequila. The Butterfly Cannon Tequila takes its name from the migration of butterflies from the US to Mexico. 7-8 year old agave is harvested by hand and baked in traditional steam ovens before being mashed, fermented and distilled. Rosa is soaked in silver tequila and combined with pink grapefruit and grapefruit distillate and combined with the tequila before filtration and bottling.

Spirited Union Pink Grapefruit and Rose Rum
Spirited Union Pink Grapefruit and Rose Rum is made by distilling the skin of blush-pink grapefruits to match the refreshing floral taste of Swazi rum. The rum is enhanced with infused blood orange for a bitter-sweet sour taste and has been vapour-infused with fragrant garden rose petals and elderflower to give an intense floral aroma. Mermaid Pink Gin

Pinkster Gin
The pioneer of pink gin, made from gin-soaked raspberries grown near Pinkster HQ in Cambridgeshire which give it its pink hue and subtle fruitiness. Pinkster has no added sugar with the sweetness coming from the raspberries alone. A deliciously dry gin with a smooth finish and perfect served with tonic, ice and garnished with a sprig of mint and a raspberry.

Pinkster Gin Jam
Pinkster Gin Jam uses gin-soaked raspberries left over from making Pinkster. This mildly alcoholic jam is ideal for putting the tipple in your teatime or for something slightly stronger, such as our moreish Gin ‘n’ Jam cocktail. The bulk of raspberries used in producing Pinkster are recycled as Boozy Berries. The raspberries that don’t make the cut, because they’re rather too mashed, are now being used for Gin Jam. Minimal wastage and all rather sustainable.

Le Météore Rosé
Meteoric wine producer, Domaine du Météore, has launched an organic rosé from its vineyard in Languedoc. Domaine du Météore takes its name from the 200 meter-wide meteorite crater, which struck a hillside in southern France over ten thousand years ago. Le Météore is a pale, organic AOP Faugères rosé with a slight rose flower tinge, made from grapes grown within and around the crater.

Van Hunks MCC Sparkling Rosé
A South African sparkling wine, made using the Méthode Cap Classique (MCC) from the viticultural paradise of Stellenbosch. Produced using the traditional method identical to Méthode Champenoise, the rosé is bottle fermented in small batches and matured in contact with the lees for approximately 30 months. Van Hunks Rosé MCC is fresh, unexpectedly dry with a rich and long flavourful finish.
