Mother’s Day with Ibérica

Give your Mum a treat with these two great ideas

Iberica 1
Mother’s Day Merienda Afternoon Tea

Who says Mother’s Day means dainty cupcakes and finger sandwiches? At Ibérica, we like to think mothers deserve something with a little more bite and we’re embracing the Spanish tradition of merienda: a tasty morsel or two that is typically enjoyed between lunch and dinner. Iberica’s version of Afternoon Tea has a tapas twist – the Mother’s Day Merienda – to celebrate this year, available at all our venues.

Featuring Spanish tapas classics like jamón ibérico and toasted bread with tomato, a selection of hot and cold savoury pintxos such as Asparagus toast with caramelised onion, Manchego cheese and truffle oil and Ciabatta with Cantabrian tuna, confit red pepper and caramelised onions; four bite-sized sweets including Tarta de Santiago and Churros con chocolate – this feast is the perfect afternoon treat. Guests can choose from English Breakfast Tea or Earl Grey, with the option to include a glass of Spanish sparkling wine too, of course.

Price: £30 per person (£36 with a glass of Sparkling wine)

Limited availability, bookings required: www.iberica-restaurants.designmynight.com

Available Friday 25th March- Sunday 27th March | 2pm – 5pm
