From Australian producer Tyrrell’s, this delicious semillon is the ideal way to bring a little Aussie sunshine to the cold winter months. Floral on the nose, with soft fruity notes on the palate and a light finish, try it with a pan-fried seabass or delicately-spiced Asian dishes.
