Using Microplane’s signature, long-lasting, stainless steel blades, this stylish collection is beautifully crafted in a bamboo fibre frame made from sustainable, organically grown Moso bamboo and polypropylene resin that’s produced with a lower carbon footprint than plastic. Free from BPA, melamine, PVC and phthalates, the eco-friendly, bamboo fibre frame is biodegradable when recycled or composted.

Made in the USA and inspired by Microplane’s heritage and expertise in sharp woodworking tools, the strong, yet lightweight, EcoGrate™ Series has been meticulously engineered to deliver comfort, balance, durability and flawless performance.
