Peter Morrell Editor comments “I recently tasted the Ezra Brooks Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey and was highly impressed with its quality. The bouquet is a powerful mix of vanilla, sandelwood and caramel. with a backdrop of citrus aromas. As the whiskey moves onto the palate it offers a light, sweet fruity taste. The vanilla persists and is joined by honey flavours and distinct notes of honey and black pepper. It is a remarkably smooth drink that is a pleasure to sip. It has a long finish of pepper and warming spices.”
